BYQ Studio provides Webflow templates, Figma files, HTML packages, and template bundles.
These products are subject to the terms outlined on their respective product pages.
All purchases are non-transferable and can only be used by the purchaser or the intended recipient.

3. Payment Processing

Webflow Templates: Purchases are made through the official Webflow Marketplace. Webflow is responsible for processing payments, refunds, and handling financial transactions.
Figma Files, HTML Packages, and Bundles: Purchases are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, using Stripe as the payment gateway. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing and financial data.

We do not store or have access to your payment information, as all transactions are handled by these third-party platforms.

4. Licensing and Usage

Webflow templates are licensed for a single use only. You may not use a template for multiple projects without purchasing an additional license.
Redistribution, reselling, or reusing templates to create derivative templates is strictly prohibited.
Figma files and HTML packages are also licensed for personal or client projects only, not for resale or redistribution.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. As our products are digital and open source, we do not offer refunds for any purchases. Please review the product details carefully before completing your purchase.

6. Support

We provide support for Webflow templates related to template-specific issues only.
No support is provided for Figma files or HTML packages.
For general questions about using Webflow, please refer to Webflow’s support resources.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and related assets provided by BYQ Studio are the intellectual property of BYQ Studio.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written consent.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

BYQ Studio is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates or Website.
Templates are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive to maintain high-quality products, we do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, tools, or systems.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our Website or products after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Poland.
